INTERBALTIJA operates in the real estate market since 1992. INTERBALTIJA is an associate of the Real estate transaction association of Latvia „Lanīda” – certificate No.8. licence No.22 by the State land authorities of the Republic of Latvia for estate property estimating. 1994 in 37 Valdemara str., Riga the first real estate project was performed.A prewar building was transformed from an „anthill” - a communal flat into modern office building on the street side but on the backside – a large apartment house maintaining the historical size of the premises.
The first sphere of INTERBALTIJA was apartment trade. After the development of the company and Latvian real estate market research our priorities at the moment are:
